You can withdraw a maximum of €50 from a no-deposit bonus or Loyalty free spins. This limit remains in place even after you complete the wagering requirement.
If you win €80 with such a bonus, you can still withdraw no more than €50 from those winnings.
The €50 is a withdrawal cap, not an amount we credit simply for registering. Our verification and withdrawal terms also apply before any withdrawal.
Are our 250 free spins available without a deposit?
No. The free spins are part of our welcome package for your first three deposits. They are not activated simply by opening an account.
A promo code does not replace the required deposit.
50HIGH and RELDAY are deposit bonus codes
50HIGH activates the High Roller Bonus and RELDAY activates the Sunday Reload. Both promotions require a deposit. Neither code activates no-deposit free spins.
The Sunday Reload is available to Bronze players. You can activate RELDAY once each Sunday; we calculate Sunday according to UTC.
Bonus funds are not yet withdrawable winnings
We only pay out winnings from bonus funds once you have met the wagering requirements of your promotion. Receiving the bonus alone is not enough.
Unless your promotion states otherwise, you must wager the bonus amount 40 times. Eligible bets count towards this requirement, not the sum of your winnings.
Not every game contributes equally towards wagering. Some titles may be excluded. Bonus feature purchases and table games may have different contribution rates from standard slot rounds.
Validity period and bet limit
Our general bonus validity period is 14 days unless the relevant promotion has a different deadline. If you do not complete the wagering requirement before it expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited.
While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet is generally €5 per round unless the promotion sets a different limit. Purchased bonus features and doubling after a round also count towards the stake.
The 35× wagering requirement and seven-day period of our welcome package do not automatically apply to a no-deposit bonus.
Play without a deposit: demo or bonus?
In our demo games, you play with virtual funds. You can try game rounds without depositing real money. Demo winnings remain virtual and cannot be withdrawn.
